Where is my tracking number?
In the shipping confirmation email we send the moment your order leaves our warehouse. Check spam and promotions too. Have an account? It is also in your orders.
“Not found” or no updates yet?
That is normal at first. It can take up to 5 business days for the carrier’s first scan to appear. Try again in a day or two.
Several tracking numbers?
Orders with more than one item can ship in separate parcels, each with its own number. Track them one at a time.
