How a return works

Three steps, no forms to hunt for

Tell us. Send your order number and a line on why the lamp is not right, through our contact page.
Send it back. We reply with the return address and instructions. Pack the lamp in its original condition, with its cable.
Get your refund. Once the lamp is back with us, we refund the original payment method and email you when it is done.

What the guarantee covers

Change of mind

Covered for 30 days from delivery. The lamp should come back in its original condition with all its parts. Return shipping on a change-of-mind return is paid by you.

Damaged or defective on arrival

Send a photo within 5 days of delivery and we replace the lamp free of charge, including shipping. You do not need to return the damaged one.

Lost parcels and later problems

If you add the optional Order Protection in the cart, a parcel lost in transit, damage, or a quality problem within 30 days of delivery is replaced or refunded in full.
