Order Protection

Order Protection is optional. You can switch it on in the cart before checkout, and it costs 5% of your order (rounded to the nearest 25 cents).

What it covers

• A parcel that is lost in transit.
• A lamp that arrives damaged.
• A quality problem with a lamp you received.

In any of these cases we replace the item or refund it in full, whichever you prefer.

How to use it

Contact us within 30 days of delivery (or of the expected delivery date, if the parcel never arrives) with your order number and, for damage or a quality problem, a photo. We reply within one business day.

What it does not change

Your 30-night home trial and your legal rights apply with or without Order Protection.
